Christina has been the owner of the Blend-Mobile since the end of the 2018 season. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach with a background in Computer Graphics. After working in the field of multimedia for almost 20 years, she longed for a career where she might be able to impact the lives of others more directly while also bringing more balance to her own life and family needs.

She found this perfect balance with Health Coaching and because of what she learned, was also able to resolve her 30-year struggle with skin issues and stop yo-yo dieting for good.

She offers Wellness Workshops, SIMPLE HEALTHY cooking classes for the non-cook, and is the founder of the six-step, S.I.M.P.L.E. weight loss system.

AYURVEDA – one the world’s oldest holistic health systems designed to bring the body back into balance so that it can heal itself.

Michelle’s interest and eventual love of Ayurveda began while living in Italy. She was searching for a natural, holistic alternative to allopathic medicine and its conventional medications. After experiencing first hand the benefits of Ayurveda, she began studying it first in Italy, then in India, and finally in the USA. Her love of fresh, wholesome food (what else do you find in Italy?) peaked her interest in spices and how to cook with them. This opened up a whole new world to cooking!

Today, Michelle offers lectures, consultations, cooking demos, and cooking workshops, concentrating on the importance of making proper food choices and lifestyle changes if we want to be in control of our health. She also loves talking about and teaching the health benefits of spices, how to prepare them and cook with them. They are sooooo good!

Linda White,
Certified Holistic Health Coach
Linda began her health career diving into her own healing journey that led to her interest in helping others. “I wasn’t getting answers. I knew there had to be a root cause. Instead of just taking more medications, I wanted to find what was causing the problem in the first place.” Together, with the help of a holistic doctor, she was able to find answers that helped her heal and inspired her to help others. She is currently a second year functional medicine student.
Linda offers health coaching, yoga, personal training, whole food detoxes, and mid-life weight-loss as well as other services.
